Welcome to NEO homepage. NEO, which stands for Network Engineering and Operations, consists of four units, Which are Teletraffic Management (TEM), Facilities Management and Restoration Planning (FMRP), Interconnect Management (IM) and Network Quality Management (NQM).

Operating in 15th and 16th floor of Wisma Telekom Jalan Pantai Baharu, The main function of NEO is to cater for management of network facilities, data analysis and to ensure service accessibility in the network of Telekom Malaysia.
